ADV Tech

The ADV Tech division combines the company’s capacity to develop new products and services. Its tasks include creating a technological base and finding partners for key business areas: increasing efficiency, automation of planning and advertising inventory buying, CRM, data monetization, eCommerce, analytics, as well as corporate innovation and venture funding. The division team develops both current and new projects, including using the spin-off model. ADV Tech works hand-in-hand with the ADV LaunchPad venture studio, providing support to the group’s agencies in regular customer development, MVP rapid launch and testing, and the creation of turnkey projects for ADV clients

AIZEK

A platform for automatic advertising inventory procurement in
TV and Internet. Aizek helps companies investing in media to promote their brands by solving the three key tasks of modern marketing:

– Target consumers of various product categories and products across all media;
– Gather disaggregated data on media consumption and audience buying preferences within a single source;
– Highlight the link between media investment and sales. More

Mikhail Odinokov

Head of Data Analytics

Graduated from the State University of Management in 2006. He started his career as a Media Research Specialist at Initiative Agency; in 2007, he took the lead of the agency’s research area. In 2016, he was appointed Director of Digital Research at ADV; in 2017, he joined ADV Lab & Benchmark.

Artem Zakharov

Data Lead

Graduated from the Russian State Technological University named after K.E. Tsiolkovsky in 2011. In 2012, he joined Initiative Agency as an Account Manager. Since 2016, he had been involved in retention-marketing at Ostrovok.ru travel startup, and in 2017, he returned to ADV Lab & Benchmark to develop the area of new data use.

Tatyana Khokhlova

CEO of Adlabs, Chief Digital Officer

Tatiana Khokhlova has worked at ADV for more than 10 years. She began her career with the group as a junior manager for media planning, and was developing programmatic media buying as Head of Programmatic Division of Havas from 2016 until 2019 when she joined the ADV Lab and Benchmark team as Director of Product Strategy. In 2024, she was appointed as Chief Digital Officer.

Oleg Vasilyev

Chief Technology Officer

Oleg has been working at the development department since 2018; he was involved in testing, analysis and elaboration of tasks relating to all Aizek components, led Aizek.Flowcharts and Aizek.ClientSpace projects. Since 2021, has been managing the creation of Aizek ecosystem products.

Aleksandr Komissarov

Head of Data Science

He graduated from A. Mickiewicz University (Poland) in 1993 and postgraduate studies at the Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences in 1996. Until 2013, he worked in marketing research, in such agencies as F-Squared Market Research and Consulting (since 2002 IPSOS), IMCA, MarketSense, Sinovate, GfK. He worked his way up from a specialist in statistical analysis and data processing to the director of quantitative research. In the media since 2013, until 2017 he worked in the Mediacom and DAN agencies as the head of the econometric modeling direction. In 2017, he joined ADV Lab, where he headed the direction of modeling and predictive analytics.
